I have an xml export from Keepass 2.51.1 (64-bit). My problem is that the import does not work. When I select the file I get to step 3 where a red vault with three moving white dots are displayed (like a wait for work to finish type of icon). The problem is it never finish and no items are shown for import. I have tried Edge, Chrome and Firefox and get the same result. I try to import the data into a personal vault. Anyone that encountered the same problem?

We released a new update to the lastpass.com web vault. I've tested this on a 1500-item KeePass import with missing urls. Would you all be willing to try again and see if this process is working smoothly for you now?
Hello, I want to export saved passwords for use in Keepass, I will export, then I confirm continue in the mail, I will export again, the .csv file will be saved ...... But in this file there are only about 15 passwords out of the total 196 that I have stored in the wallet... Where is the error? Yesterday all the passwords were exported, the file was about 35 Kb in size, now it is 2 Kb in size. In addition, in Keepass, each record is stored in its own folder, it was not the case before, is there a way to solve this?? Thank you

Could you help me understand better where your issue is coming up? It sounds like you are trying to export from KeePass and then import into LastPass is this correct?

Hello, no, I tried it the other way around,,, Export from Lastpass and then import to Keepass,, However, Lastpass probably solved this problem over the weekend, on Sunday the export was working correctly,, thank you and have a nice day

We are aware of an ongoing issue with Keepass import, and the team is prioritizing it to get a fix as soon as possible.
Where are these issues displayed on the Service Status page of Logmein or Lastpass?
There are no mentions at all about any pending issues.
Also i submitted a case yesterday and when support called me said there are no such importing issues for Keepass XML to Lastpass. Even though it is still not working like the topic starter mentioned.
Please give an update on the issue.

A couple of questions:
- Can you let me know where this and other known issues are being published for customers on lastpass?
- Also can you let me know why lastpass support person calling me does not know of these issues.?
He was troubleshooting with me but with no solution. (Apparently because of the 'known; issues with lastpass you just confirmed)

I've been trialling LastPass and had encountered the KeePass import issue - a biggie for me as I've 100's of KeePass passwords to bring in. I can do via CSV, but that's a lot of work manipulating exports, getting format correct for LastPass import, then having to file/sort everything again inside LastPass Vault.
This morning, two of my smaller KeePass XML exports imported cleanly into LastPass Vault. Worked perfectly, no issues, everything in expected folders etc.
However, a short while later I tried another import, and the failure is back - LastPass import just sits with three red dots flashing at me.
Is there any indication on when this issue might be fixed? It seems to have been a problem for weeks? I'm nearly 14 days into a trial with the product being hard to evaluate properly...
