LastPass stopped working in latest Chrome build on Windows 7

LastPass would not autofill or even fill in from the extension menu on Chrome.
I ended up completely uninstalling Chrome and reinstalling Chrome and LastPass. This corrected the problems.
If there was an easier fix, let me know. Thanks.

Same problem here...Windows 10. Complete lack of Form Fill functionality.
