To y'all still having issues...be sure to check my post at the bottom of page 5 expanding on an earlier post. I'm having NO problems now. This is more of a solution than a work-around. (GoTo needs to figure out why it's necessary in the first place.)
AGAIN...It's ridiculous that GoTo has STILL not dropped in on this!

Anyway, I don't want to go through the hassle of clearing cache and disabling/enabling 2FA all the time. And indeed, an official reply that they're looking into it from LP would be nice. 😕

Same issue and very frustrated. I'm paying for a service that I really can't use. Seriously considering not renewing my subscription when It rolls around again. My husband won't use our family plan because of the issues I have complained about so I may switch to his password manager so we can share which was the whole reason I upgraded to Family.
