Lastpass master password recovery hint is not sent to the email address indicated. Spam folder checked. 2nd email address checked.

I noticed you used a hotmail email address for the community, if you account also uses a hotmail please add these addresses to your Safe Senders list:

• support-replies@logmein.com
• do-not-reply-support@lastpass.com
• support@lastpass.com

However, the message did not answer my question.

My intention is to get an email with the master password hint. This email would have  a Last pass sender address.

The email is sent from do-not-reply-support@lastpass.com, I just tested the process and received an email right away. If you followed the steps in this support article and did not receive an email I would suggest adding our email address to any Safe/Trusted Senders list your email account may have. If you set up a separate Security Email on your LastPass account the email would have been sent to that email address, and not the email you sign into your account with.

If you receive the email and the Hint area is empty, it means that you did not enter a hint when you created your Master Password.
