Security Challenge - usernames not shown?

When I run the security challenge, it presents lists of passwords that need changing (compromised, weak, duplicate, old). The lists have columns for "username" and "website", but the usernames are never shown. Where there should be a username, I'm seeing a small icon that looks like a piece of paper. I'm storing multiple passwords for many sites, so I don't know which accounts it's referring to when it suggests I change a password. I'd love to use the auto-change feature where I can, but there are some accounts for which I do not want to change the passwords.

Why am I not seeing the usernames in this list, and how can I fix that?

I am also seeing this issue. I don't think it's a browser issue since it seems to happen on Chrome and IE. Logging out and back in doesn't seem to help either. This was working fine in the morning, but stopped working around later in the day so I'm pretty sure some sort of update introduced this issue.

If that's the case, my timing is laughably bad. I've been a paying user of LastPass for a couple years, and today was the first time I tried running through the security challenge. I happened to try it a few hours after it broke?!

Yeah it's working on my phone (iOS), but not on my PC (IE or Edge).

I'm struggling with this too, it shows all of my passwords are blank and that they ALL need changed!

I've been running the security challenge last week or so. Went from 30% to 74% and ~20% top score and now suddenly to 99% score with 4% top score.
Kinda easy when none of the websites/passwords show up. Incredible annoying though...

same issue in Chrome. Security check shows empty usernames and empty passwords. Guess what : all passwords are weak! Totally useless.

The only thing that increases is price currently. No focus on better quality, reliability or service. Let alone functionality..... sad.
