Shared password is not working?

My client shared access to her Facebook but when I try to log in to it using LastPass it says the wrong password but the client said she triple check the password and it is correct. What is the possible problem with this?

Do you have any personal Facebook credentials saved in your web browser that the browser may be trying to enter as well? If you use Chrome, can you open your Extensions and allow LastPass to work in Incognito browser tabs and then try it in one of of those? If you are successful in an incognito tab it may be a cookie issue.
