Unable to Launch Shared Instagram Accounts

I'm a Virtual Assistant and a client shared access to her Instagram business accounts through LastPass. I've already accepted the sharing invitation but whenever I click on launch, LastPass does not autofill the log-in details.  Has anyone here encountered the same problem? How did you fix it? Thank you in advance.

Could you have the owner of the shared credentials revoke that shared item (https://support.logmeininc.com/lastpass/help/how-do-i-revoke-a-shared-item), then re-share it to you? Once they re-share it to you, can you view and accept the item following the steps here? https://support.logmeininc.com/lastpass/help/how-do-i-view-and-accept-a-shared-item and see if it then launches correctly when Launch is clicked?
