I was a paying member for years and then downgraded my account. It appears that my account may have been removed, along with the authenticator.

After looking up your email address, I don't see that your account was 'removed' in any way, though the Premium subscription did expire (and is now listed as 'Free'). Can you please be more specific about your current. experience with LastPass?
