2 software updates, but the app still doesn't work on MacOs.
I'm paying for a service that doesn't work: hope you're working to fix it!

Hey I may have found a solution!
I opened up the LastPass app and entered in my login information and the icon began spinning. I then immediately went to the menu bar and went to File Menu and did "Clear Cache."
At first it just timed out. I did it again and I am now logged in using my lastPass App.

Well, big thumbs up to you @Robert Busch , that seems to have worked!
This solution did work for me for a short time, but I found the root cause of the problem was a corrupted shared password. I contacted support and they were able to identify (somehow) which of my passwords was corrupted. After removing this shred password my lastpass began to behave normally again.
