Computer in session but not on the remote


I am trying to connect to my host computer, but it is showing as session, but I have closed the session on my remote computer. 

Now when I try to connect its comes up with the error please check internet connection, but the internet connection on the hose and remote computers are fine.

Is there anything i can do get back in without having to physically go to the host and restarting it.


Using the Logmein Client on Mac to access the host computer which is on Windows 10.
