LMI AV is blocking a website - how do I whitelist it?

The AV Anti-Phishing is blocking the customer's own website from being accessed.  I read in some other posts that this cannot be changed?!?  Anyone confirm if that is true?  I had to disable the feature as well as the Firewall because that also was blocking many resources.  I see almost zero way to configure and tune the security parts of LMI.


Very dissapointing.
