Windows Updates

Basic question, when configuring the options to download and deploy Windows Updates via LogMeIn, in the "Who can install updates" section what is the difference between:

Administrator Only

Any Local Users

 

I'm assuming it is based on who is logged into the local computer?  If so, does this mean if I choose administrators only and my local users do not have administrative rights, an Admin will need to still "touch" each computer to install updates?
