I apologize for the frustrations; we do not currently have a way for customers to delete their own information by themselves.

but I couldn't find Support's email address. Only a phone number.
I want to delete my account too, but I want to do it through email.

You can submit a support ticket here. Just select Support as your reason and enter Delete Account as your question. After you click the Ask button you will be given the option to enter you account details and submit the ticket.
