Yesterday I downloaded hamachi and everything worked fine, I even created server and my mate joined my using hamachi. Today he cannot join my servers and when I self diagnose hamachi though help - diagnose
I got this problem - Driver (X) hamachi client needs to be reinstalled and these are details
File not found: hamachi.cat
File not found: hamachi.sys
File not found: hamdrv.cat
File not found: hamdrv.sys
I reinstalled about 3 times but it didn't solve the problem. Help me please.

right click on your install program and seleck Run As Administrator. It doesn't matter if you are logged in as an admin, you still have to do it. Also try temporarily disabling your firewall and antivirus and gauge down you'r UAC settings while uninstalling and reinstalling.
Check device manager and see if there is an Exclamation beside your adaptor.
I'm using Win XP so threre is no Run As Admin problem. Tried to diable firewall and antivirus during installation but same result. There is no problem in the device manager with the Hamachi NIC. Still reporting problem with the driver.
However, there seemed to be a problem with Hamachi VPN network I used. When deleting that and creating a new network I now have green icons in the Hamachi client for all connected computers in the network (and chat is working), despite the reported driver problems. I guess the problem is the Diagnostic Tool not reporting the correct status. Now I only have to figure out what firewall settings to change to get everything going...
