Hi All, I'm having connection issues, i am using a lenovo laptop to connect to the application over WIFI, i have performed some troubleshooting steps already like reset the network settings of my laptop; uninstall and install application; and i am still getting error message that says " Your Computer is Offline. Sorry, Logmein requires an Internet Connection. Please check your network" ; i tested i have internet connection; and i also tried connecting my laptop over my phone's hotspot and it did work. Is this logmein issue?
