An unknown Logmein subscription was charged to my credit card on This also happened last year and last year I requested to block any further transactions from Logmeininc . They have not done so and I will follow up with them separately.
How can I established what subscription is being charged , stop it and get the amount refunded ?
I have opened a support ticket, emailed email@example.com and will phone .
Within minutes of posting I received a reply from a User Services Representative.
We exchanged a number of emails and quickly identified the subscription (which I recognised but thought taken over by someone else). The whole thing took less the 40 minutes. Outstanding...

I have no idea what this is for and when you try and contact the company you have to select a product.
