InstantChat fast typers getting 2nd sentence cut

using instantchat.js?v=1.08 on the latest MS Edge:

 

When I

- type one line

- press enter and

- keep typing very fast

- when the first sentence is posted, characters typed imbetween the 'post' and 'display' events are deleted.
