I did try these steps while running CMD as the administrator , i still get access denied. (right clicked on CMD and chose 'run as administrator' )
The user im currently logged in as has administrator rights as well.

This worked for me but I just wanted to say the service was called "LogMeIn Rescue (12345678)".
So if you can't find LMIRescueUA_626374, look for one named as above.

I've had this problem multiple times on various PCs and laptops running Win 7 and Win 10 - it's driving me mad! Some of them I have to access regularly and the customers are getting fed up with me having to re-setup the remote connection afresh each time.
I will try the solution suggested on the next one i come across and let you all know if it works.
