Lastpass Autofill is not supported by all applications, which is why that app may not be able to autofill your login credentials from LastPass. This is not something LastPass is able to change, as this is controlled by the app maker. As a workaround you can copy your login credentials from the LastPass app and paste them in to the application login screen instead.
