Hello,
Our developers are aware of an issue where some users are seeing ads for Premium although they are already on a paid LastPass plan as you are and are working on a fix for this currently. Could you try logging out of LastPass, clearing your browser cache, and logging back in to LastPass to see if that clears the ad banner from showing?
