iOS Subscription not registering on web version

I have an iOS subscription through the Apple App Store and it's valid through to May 2021. When I login with my account on the web (and when using the Chrome extension), it thinks I have a free account. How can them up as I am already a Premium Account holder......???

Could you try viewing your My Account page to see if your Premium status is correctly applied to your account? You can access the My Account page at https://lastpass.com/my.php

 

If you do not see your Premium status correctly reflected on this page, please submit a request to our billing team who can be sure to resolve this issue for you.
