Seeit Scheduled System Maintenance 4/3/2018 and 4/42018

We have a system maintenance session coming up that will
affect GoToAssist Seeit

When?

• From: Tuesday April 3rd from 9:00 pm PDT
• To: Wednesday April 4th from 1:00 am PDT

For how long?

• This maintenance period is 4 hours in duration
• The expected downtime 3 hours

How does this affect me?

• Customers will not be able to start or join sessions. 
• Product websites will be down.  

Why?

• These system maintenance sessions are very important, as they allow us to fully test our backup systems and recovery measures. 

We make every effort to schedule our maintenance periods to have the lowest possible impact to our customers. We apologize for any inconvenience they may cause, and thank you for your understanding.
