If you are using cloud recording, you're in for a big treat because shared webcams are now included! As long as cloud recording is the chosen recording method, you will automatically see webcams in the recording file. Users do not have to take further action to enable webcams in recordings. To make sure you are recording to the cloud, log in at https://global.gotomeeting.com and check the Recording box in the Settings page.
- Note: Cloud recording is not available on all subscription plans, and must be enabled by an administrator.
