GoToAssist does not have the conference call functionality that GoToMeeting does...So now we need to pay for two products? Yes, I can have them call me directly but what about when multiple users need to join(which happens most of the time). We have had WebEx at our firm for over 14 years and have decided to switch to GoToMeeting because of costs. Come to find out the simple ability to Copy/Paste in a meeting is not available. WHAT? Alot of the support our firm provides involves copying over scripts and other information. Pretty frustrating. And still no response from Citrix.
