Hi Mary, Thanks for the help, I may have used the wrong terminology but I was referring to the email notification that the customer was receiving. Is it possible for us to disable the "Assigned to xxx" email? Since posting this question I've realised that changing the assignee and writing a comment before hitting save might be the best way to go as it will only send one email.
