Really suprised that no one else of all those who read this has the same issue or put a response on here. Re: Screen looks broken - more than one customers PC Has no one else had this ? Re: Screen looks broken - more than one customers PC Now happening 100% of the time. Screen looks broken - more than one customers PC On more than one customers's PC the screen has been unreadable. Has anyone else had this ? Is this known issue ? Problem occurring on more than one desk here too. It's like the monitor is faulty and our of sync, then leaves pixel mess everywhere. Re: Windows taskbar icon previews now showing You don't understand the question, I'll explain further. On the customer's PC, visible to the customer is the popup, on my screen via logmein it is not visible. I get this with other menus too, some in Microsoft Word ( 2016 onwards versions, main file / save menu ) and Firefox's main options/settings menu in it's top right corner. Usually I have to ask the customer what is visible on the screen and get them to select options for me. Only some PCs, the majority are fine. Re: Username change Thanks, I'll try that. Unattended access and windows updates Hi, Are you working on making unattended access survive windows updates, as it's pretty fragile, requiring a log of unattended service removal and reinstallation, which is time consuming. Failing that, a quick way of removing the old unattended service would be good. At the moment it's a run as admin command prompt sc delete <find the name of service from services and put here > Which is not quick. SolvedUsername change Hi, when using unatteneded access, the username required doesn't change when the actual user of the PC has renamed it. Even if unattended is set up with the current ( but different to the original ) username, we still require the original. If there something you can do about this as it involves going to a command prompt or similar to check the actual name. It has always been this way. Also on Winows 10 if a user has a microsoft account, it is unlikely we'll be given that password for unattended access, any way around this e.g. using PIN entry ? SolvedWindows taskbar icon previews now showing Hi, on some PCs - Windows 10 usually, but not always, the little preview windows do not show. These are the ones that appear when you click an icon the the taskbar that has multiple windows available. This sounds trivial, but is in fact quite a problem sometimes as I'm unable to open the correct ( or any ) windows on any session when I have more than one thing maximised. Any suggestions ?
