However I was suprised that I had to position the PPT app window really carefully on my screen to make sure that attendees could see the whole slide, otherwise they only saw part of it. I knew it was a problem because I always log in to the sessions that I run on an additional computer to make sure I can see the user experience - just never certain that GTT is doing exactly what I want it to do. Re: PowerPoint Presenter Mode and the "Show My Application/Just an App" feature I would also like to be able to present using presenter view and have students only able to see the presentation but have not found it possible. In fact I've found 'sharing an app' to be pretty useless for PPT on my Mac because it only shows the 'normal' view (the one you would use for slide editing). So I always present PPT as 'Slideshow' and 'Share my screen', though I would prefer not to. Re: Customizing Certificates: Even if we cannot have customisable certificates, could someone please take a look at the wording on the current template? I had thought that the built-in certificate would be a really simple way of providing evidence thatsomeone had attended the session, which is what many of my learners ask for. However the template says 'This learner played a critical role in the success of the class anddemonstrated they have mastered the basics of xxxxx'.Thisis a statement I simply cannot make for a routine update session delivered to a large group with no assessment, which is most of the training I do on-line. In fact I find it hard to imagine how I could routinely issue every attendee at any session with a certificate including that text and still maintain my credibility. Replacing that sentence with 'This learner attended xxxxx' would be a much more accurate reflection of what the certificate is confirming - and surely wouldn't take a developer long to do. How about it?
