Hi , The same issue for me too. The user is waiting for the technician to connect and the console could not connect to the user PC. The issue started from 2 days before. Tired with 3 different windows 10 PC with 3 different network, all have same issues. Also raised it with Logmein support, the response was to Whitelist the Logmein sites and service in Firewall In this case i dont have a firewall and using the logmein rescue for more than 3years in the same PC harware and network.5.1KViews0likes6Comments
