Regards Chris Customising customer portal - Front page message Hi, When a customer raises an incident in the customer-facing portal, they have radio buttons for urgency ranging from P1 to P4 etc. Is there a way of when the customer logs into the portal, they see a constant message that advises them to call for P1 and P2 issues? Is this possible to add to the home screen and when they go to raise a ticket? Regards Chris Re: i have created report/queue to contain specific fields but emailed or csv does not contain the same fields Hi Ash, I'm also having the same issue with created reports containing specific fields that I've chosen but the exports or emails do not contain just the selected fields I've chosen.
