Yes, the problem was that someone impersonating an employee of McAfee convinced an elderly friend of mine to allow remote access to his computer using LogMeIn. Fraud ensued. I'd like to know the LogMeIn account of this fraudster. Is it possible to identify an agent's LogMeIn account from the URL used by the client to start a session? For example, if the client opened this link, https://launch.getgo.com/launcher2/connected.html?token=e0-u_tVZbdx39bUFs1jZyXwkJ1JDIvP8Sqe9NdSg3vmerALzsI96sk......ClrW3tlyBE&locale=en&app=true (abbreviated because it's quite long) could an employee at LogMeIn use the "token" parameter to look up the corresponding agent?
