Re: Run Hamachi on Raspberry OS Bookworm Kate, this should no longer be in beta. The 'beta' version has been around long enough (6 months!) and has been tested internally by your guys and the community, so it should now be available to the public. In a previous post to Glen, I asked if you required further tests, and he said he would have some tests. (See link 1 below as your site is broken and says I have invalid HTML even though I used the hyperlink button provided) Nothing. All my messages to Glen have been ignored, including a private message asking to update the links given to me or for the new links. See my post (See link 2 below as your site is broken and says I have invalid HTML even though I used the hyperlink button provided) from 7 months ago!! 2019 was the last time Hamachi was updated. A LOT has changed since then! I have the same issue with the new Raspberry Pis (also my M1 Pro MacBook Pro). The M1 chip came out in 2020. That's 4 years GoTo(LogMeIn) have had to sort this out, yet they've just left us out in the cold! As cobi1024 says, there must be, at least, an equal amount of ARM to x86-64 machines out in the wild now. Re: Run Hamachi on Raspberry OS Bookworm GlennD Please can you keep the links up to date as the link in the message you sent me no longer works? Also, what happened to the tests we were waiting for as per your post from June? If there are no tests, why has this not been pushed to the public? As my post from May says, Bookworm has been available to the public since June 2023 (I'm guessing it was available to software developers before then) why has GoTo/LogMeIn not even bothered to look at this (since 2019!) until chased by the community? Please can we have some answers? I have been a paying customer of LogMeIn/GoTo for many years and this is one of the first big issues I have had with them. It is now affecting my projects as I use Hamachi for many remote devices that could end up anywhere in the country/world! Re: Run Hamachi on Raspberry OS Bookworm I have installed and setup the logmein-hamachi_2.2.0.36-1_aarch64-rpi3.deb on a Pi 5 8GB using the (awful) Wayland and the X11 Desktops (that I swap to ASAP) and all seems to work as I require. Are there any specific tests your engineers require us to carry out? Re: Run Hamachi on Raspberry OS Bookworm Sorry, I have been away for the past week. I'd be willing to test also! Re: Run Hamachi on Raspberry OS Bookworm GlennDPlease can you make this a priority and keep us up to date regularly. Rather than us keep having to chase. Bookworm has been available since June 2023 and the Pi 5 (now required to use Bookworm) has been on sale since October 2023. Hamachi for Linux has not been touched since 2019! The resources have been available for nearly a year. Your users, myself in particular, (after using multiple products from LogMeIn/GoTo over my 20+ years in IT) are looking at alternatives to your product. Ones who care about their customers, paid or otherwise, and keep their products current. Re: Linux version - will we ever get an update? I think it's best to give up. As with many software developers recently, they are lazy, cheap, untested and can't be bothered to look after their clients (paid or otherwise). Re: Run Hamachi on Raspberry OS Bookworm Is there an update on this? You are adding to the ever-growing list of software providers who have had access to Bookworm for long enough to update and test your software. This is what I am getting.
