Sorry to hear that. The only workaround I've found so far is to lower the resolution of my PC at home, which makes the mouse a little larger in some apps, but still almost impossible to see in others, such as Outlook. My biggest issue is browing the web, and our workplace uses Office 365's web-based Outlook for email. When I'm typing or reading emails, the mouse pointer is virtually invisible. Very frustrating. Thanks for the reply. Yes. The PC I use as the client is 4K. The Mac is HD (1080p). I have tried adjusting the scaling from Windows default (300%) to 100%, and while that does make things a little more crisp, it didn't affect the cursor size.6.5KViews0likes0Comments
