Why is GoToTraining not keeping up with other on-line platforms?
I've noticed that other products support virtual backgrounds, alternate screen sources (beyond just screens - e.g., cameras, videos), more flexible polling (types of questions), etc. Is GoToTraing a dying product? I ask these questions because our management is now considering other product offerings, and I am surprised LogMein is not keeping up with the competition. Note: Our trainers and clients use a variety of platforms (Windows, macOS, Linux) and expect full support. So I know it is not an easy task keeping up.Solved1.4KViews0likes2Comments
