Re: ServiceNow Integration error with OAuth token generation
The issue for us was with an oAuth table in ServiceNow, since our instance is around 10 years old the table was originally extended from a different table than you would see on a new instance. ServiceNow support needed to run a script to re-parent the oAuth table and fix the issue. Hope this helps. Ken3.9KViews0likes2Comments
