Resolved: Can't end test or share results after launching a test with GoTo Training
If I'm sharing my screen or sharing an app like PowerPoint while conducting a training, if I launch a test, I can't end the test or share results. the dialogue box below appears. The participants can take the test, see their results, but I can't continue. If I'm not sharing my screen or sharing an app, I can launch the test with no problems. The errors happens only if I'm sharing, either my screen or applications. When I un-share and launch test it works fine. Hi Kate, Thanks for your input. I gave your suggestion a try, I toggled on full screen, hid everyone, but had the same outcome. The only "work around" is to un-share my screen, launch the test, then start sharing my screen again. This is not really a sustainable solution, my training is too long to keep jumping back and forth. Thanks again,1.9KViews0likes5Comments
