Same... and still nothing from GoTo. Really bad experience with no explanations ever. When we find a suitable alternative, we will be moving off this platform.

I agree wholeheartedly on the sentiment expressed here. It’s almost as if GoTo doesn’t want to be a critical part of the infrastructure and can’t manage any stability whatsoever. On the G2 article regarding gotomypc alternatives, all are credited as being “easier to get support”

Why does this happen seemingly on a weekly basis? Rebooting 45 machines and/or having to reinstall the client is not an acceptable common behavior. Every time you all run maintenance we have to put out fires.

This is currently happening to us and seems to happen EVERY time they run overnight maintenance. Every single time. It's time we moved our 45 licenses elsewhere.
