Telephonic attendance
Good Afternoon, We'd like to suggest a telephonic attendee report that we could pull for all future webinars. We currently have to go through the process of calling in every time and having the information pulled by a technician. This hasn't been a problem but recent we have been told it's not something that will be provided to us anymore. As you can imagine this is causing great concern for us, as it's a deliverable to our clients. This is a feature that we are also desperately in need of for our organization. We call after each of our webinars for the report numbers as it's a deliverable for our client. We have been told by the reps every time we call it it will be the last time. We are also trying to work with our account representative to make this a regular feature.
