Participants suddenly having access issues into GTT sessions
Hello We have had 3 separate issues, with unconnected participant groups, who have previously had no issues joining GTT for regular training sessions suddenly not be able to access sessions. These have occurred over yesterday and today. We reached out to GTT support and have been advised no changes or updates have been made in recent days that should cause this. The individuals have checked with their IT teams and are being told they have not made any changes either so at a bit of a loss as to why the sudden issue. I feel sure updates/changes must have caused this (either across well used other IT services or GTT). Hello one of our trainers (who has used GTT for a long time) has found she is being auto muted every time she types into chat. Has any one else come across this ? I would like to add to this by saying we have also found this to be a problem. When using PowerPoint with lots of animations converting to PDF is not an option. We also have several trainers without multiple screens. Can you please refer to developers to have chat box (and people box) stay open again as it used to behave as this is very inconvenient now.
