We are looking at locating a tool that can allow remote view/control/sharing in a secure environment. The endpoints will not have direct access to the Internet, but will need to be able to send requests for view/control to Internet/external users. This environment does have a "DMZ" so if the product has a "proxy" that can be deployed there and the endpoints connect via that would be ideal. Typical remote sessions will be 1 - 1, but there are possibilities where up to 10 concurrent sessions could be viewing a single screen. We do not want to allow anyone from outside to be able to initiate a connection, but someone internally has to open and request/grant access.Solved913Views0likes2Comments
