HelloKateG yes, we used the hamachi diagnostic tool and you can see the resulta in the following picture. whe we go to "detalles" details, the information inside says this "No se puede resolver el nombre del servidor (Cannot resolve server name), tipo (type): [Error del SO (OS error)], código de devolución (return code): [0]" I beleive its the router, we change to a new one and this happened723Views0likes1Commentserver connection
we switched router and now its failed to connect to server, this is windows server 2016, before it work now it does not, i am not IT guy but i am looking for solution. for the new router, i tried to diable the firewall if this works, but disabliing router in new router did not solve the problem, also uninstalled and installed again, nothing happen, i have search on internet about solutions, but could not find , please help!808Views0likes6Comments
