LMI Rescue Technician SSO login for Mac
We have recently transitioned to SSO for all our technician accounts. We are having trouble using this sign on feature on our MAC devices. Device Macbook Air OS Version: Mac Sonoma 14.6.1 The latest rescue version from the site does not allow SSO sign on. Hi, We have set up AD sync for LogMeIn using the traditional connector. We enabled SSO around March 2024, however recently the azure groups have stopped syncing with the LogMeIn technician groups. FSecure was previously blocking the app but despite this being trusted, there is still no sync. Unable to get an answer from support.320Views0likes1Comment
