Change group membership from Central Ignition app rather than having to login via a browser
From any of the apps when logged in as the actual account holder (rather than a delegated user with restricted permissions and selections of machines) could it be that the group a machine is in could be changed from the default group to a customer one when a new machine is enrolled into the account. For example a new workstation called WKSTN-001 is enrolled for a client called WIDGETS INC and appears in default group but it really ought to appear in a computer group called WIDGETS along with the other machines that WIDGETS owns.2Views0likes0CommentsLogMeIn Client auto-refresh option
There are many times that I find machines have both gone offline or come online during the day that dont always register without either refreshing the client status pane or sometimes even having to exit and restart the client. Could an auto-refresh option be added where users can choose for the client to do so or not with a tickbox in the options page of the client, and possibly with a drop down with interval options such as 1 min, 5 min, 15 min, 1 hour etc? This would make for a much easier admin life when dealing with a lot of machines and not having a client that simply sits in a static state with potentially stale results in it. Would also be good to do this in the Apple iOS app and Android app too.14Views0likes0CommentsBring back computer name on mobile app.
When you opened the info section for a device in the mobile app you could see the computer name there. It was extremely helpful to know the computer name in case you needed to ping it from another system for example. In our case, the computer name is the device serial number so we knew the serial of the system without having to log in. Why was it taken away?1.1KViews0likes3Comments
