Disable anti-virus popups without disabling the tray icon in "Silent Mode"
I get frequent popups from the anti-virus with messages like "An update process has been completed successfully" or "A program has been allowed to connect to the Internet". This gets annoying very quickly and when I called support I was told to turn on Silent Mode which removes the Windows system tray icon. I don't like that solution because users may want to access the tray icon to say review a file that was quarantined or perform some other related task. I was told to post here for a feature request to allow only the disabling of the popup messages.2.3KViews0likes2CommentsUninstall Antivirus remotely - Desinstalação remota do LogMeIn Antivírus
I would like to present to you the suggestion for improvement requested by our client Grupo Tenco. They would like LogMeIn Antivirus to be able to be uninstalled remotely via the Central web dashboard, in the same way that antivirus installation is done. The request is due to a problem faced by them where the antivirus started to consume 99% of the CPU of windows server 2012 computers after a windows update and it is not possible to remotely access the computer to stop the antivirus or stabilize the processing level of the machine pausing the antivirus through the Central web panel, as they are cloud servers the scenario is even more complicated, because without being able to access remotely and because there is no possibility of accessing locally to uninstall the Antivirus, the machine is stuck at 99 % CPU usage, nothing he does solves it Remote antivirus uninstall would be a perfect feature to save customers in such cases.528Views0likes1CommentSupport Network Printing through the Anti virus firewall
Add native support for network printing so that it is not blocked by the Central Antivirus feature. Your solution to disable LMI firewall and use another 3rd party firewall for network printing is a total cop out. We are paying for the solution and you are telling us to use something else. Can you not just add a section in policies to by pass IP address and all should work fine.579Views0likes1CommentExpand Antivirus Alerts
When there are detections that are less severe like adware or PUP type detections, there is no easy way to have it send an alert out. Ideally we would like to know when there is any kind of antivirus alert or detection instead of just major ones. At least give the options to select it rather than a very limited amount of choices to alert.710Views0likes1Comment
