LogMeIn and IPadOS Mouse
I'm hoping somebody can help me, I have updated my iPad with the new IPadOS 13.1.2. This operating system allows you to use an external mouse with the iPad. The mouse seems to work great in almost all programs excluding logMeIn. The iPads mouse shows on the screen, I can move it. The problem is, is it does not operate as the mouse on my remote desktop. Is there a setting that will make my iPads mouse work my remote desktop. Thank you
password protection layer
Hi, I don't know if it has been brought up already on this community forum but I've just hung up with support about this. So apparently the password protection layer added in logmein is account specific, which is here admin account. This is not a good way of thinking. This password protection layer is supposed to protect the host globally from outsiders that would have credentials to any accounts on the host and not this added protection layer. The simple demonstration of that would be, I'm connecting with the credentials of a user account on the host, it bypass the added protection layer, then from inside the user account, I can run a python script or anything like that to actually guess the admin password and that's it. Then I can actually do whatever I want through the user account with admin privileges. Then what would be the purpose of an added protection layer.LMI is showing 4 monitors but only 2 are plugged in to host computer
Recently stumbled upon this issue. After signing in and selecting all monitors in the LMI options panel, it shows me 4 monitors but the host computer only has 2 monitors plugged in. It shows 2 generic non-pnp monitors and 2 generic pnp monitors. They look to just be mirrors of each other but the second monitor seems to operate separately. What could be the cause of this issue?Disable Ctrl-Alt, this conflicts with Rhino 3D and many other content creation programs
We need to use ctrl-alt in combination with other mouse and keyboard manipulations to navigate in Rhino 3D as well as other programs we use on a regular basis. Unfortunately pressing ctrl-alt while in a remote session kicks us out of the full screen mode which is EXTREMELY TEDIOUS. Can someone from Logmein offer a solution for this, preferably a way to disable this 'feature'. thank you!
Cannot Use Central, Transferring Does Not Work
I've recently purchased a $50/y subscription for Hamachi, and I am unable to use the "Central" link provided when logged in. https://secure.logmein.com/central/Central.aspx# What happens is I sit on a somewhat blank page, with no buttons usable. I click on my username, the ? button, the settings, and nothing works. I've tried transferring a network using the LogMeIn Hamachi application on my computer, but it still limits me to my 5 slots. Can someone please help?
Photoshop Tools
Anyone else notice that the cursor no long reflects the currently selected tool in Photoshop CC 2018? A few tools have been glitchy for a while (i.e., the brush tool only visible at certain sizes), but now no matter which tool I select, the cursor just remains a black arrow (and not even the move tool black arrow, but just the plain cursor black arrow). Makes it practically impossible to do any fine tuning in Photoshop. :/
