GoTo Webinar - breakout sessions - COPY webinar & editing existing webinars
Hi there, We as Harmonizer, a generic integration platform, support GoTo products like Webinar. For a specific customer case we automate the creation of webinars between a CRM/ERP system an GTW. Most of the events are regular webinars, but for a new serie they are using the breakout option. There are two issues that we encounter: We use 'template'-webinar (where the customer prepairs all the handout material) an then use the COPY webinar operation. And even though the template has the option for breakout sessions this setting is not part of the COPY-functionality. When editing a webinar through the API it's not possible to change this 'isBreakout' boolean. Both would be ideal to actually be supported through the API.
