GoToWebinar API Support
Hi, It seems that the Access Token that's returned by the GoToWebinar API has increased from 28 chars to 909 chars sometime around 1AM PDT. It caused our systems to error out as it overflowed the database colum. I have expanded the column in our database and it's now working again but why the sudden change? Do you really need an Access Token to be that long, especially one that expires within an hour? Ironically enough the Refresh Token that's valid for a month is still 32 chars. Hi, We've recently done a webinar (just a test really), and now I've managed to embed the recording on a landing page (publishing it first to GoToStage, which seems a bit superfluous...). This landing page is behind a registration form of our marketing automation platform. But the embed also asks for a registration to GTW just to watch it. I've already checked and my GoToStage account is not set to private. How can I disable this extra form?Solved1.9KViews1like4CommentsSee Poll Results as Presenter

I am having problems uploading a list of bulk registrants. I used the template from GoToWebinar, saved the file as a .csv and have tried uploading it 3 times. Each time it appears to go through, but then I receive an email message telling me there was a problem with the bulk registration. My company's email is tomorrow and I need to have these 1,000+ names added. The file is only 65 kb so I don't think it's too big. Working in Chrome, btw.Solved3.8KViews0likes11CommentsOne speaker goes out when connecting to GoToWebinar
I'm on a MacBook Pro (OS X 10.9.4) ...signing in as meeting organizer. Just recently when my computer is making the connection with GTW, my left computer speaker pops a couple times then goes out completely. So when I'm in the program I can only hear out of the right speaker. Others in the meeting say I sound fine so I think my mics are working. Then when I end the meeting and close out my speakers make the popping sound again and then work fine when I play any videos or music in other programs. It's something in the GTW application start up that is doing this. Is there a fix?Solved6.2KViews0likes33CommentsChanging registration type after event creation
After you create an event with multiple sessions, is there a way to modify the registration type from 'register once for all sessions' to 'register for individual sessions'? See the image below which is an option when you first create the event.Solved937Views0likes1CommentIndividual Attendance Certificate after the completion of webinars
Hello everyone, I just want to ask you if there is any opportunity for attendees to download their attendance certificate directly from the GoTo Webinar platform? Many attendees asked for that feature. If there are any updates regarding this, please let me know 🙂 Thank you in advance and best regards, Anastasiia Li646Views0likes1CommentSeparate speaker webcam recording?
Hello! Is there a way I can get a separate recording of just speakers' webcams from my webinars? We want to be able to do some cutdowns that better feature the speakers in our webinars. As in we may have them be full screen in the cutdown and then minimize them a bit when we want to show the visuals we had on the slides. The webcams on the left side aren't ideal for this scenario. Is there a way to do this?Solved722Views0likes1Comment
