I have not been able to contact support for almost a month.

I am a long term user of logmein central.
I am currently trying to contact support regarding my product renewal and payment, but have not been able to reach them nearly a month after the ticket was issued.
Currently, due to the transition period to the Goto brand, etc.
Is the support site not working properly?
Is everyone else getting support with no problems?
I am very disappointed as I have been a user for over 8 years.
