Hi folks. Weird issue here.
I use a gaming headset on my home computer for audio output/input. My old one was falling apart so I got a new one, and ever since I have not been able to get remote sound to work when I remote in via LogMeIn. Prior to the new headset, remote sound worked just fine. Nothing else has changed (no LogMeIn updates, no Windows updates, no driver updates).
I've looked around on line and tried to tinker with the audio output/input settings, but nothing appears to be working. Any suggestions?
@Exvaris Have you tested with built-in speakers or an alternate headset?
Can you please confirm the affected OS and PC model?
