Called in and got assistance to add additional clients to existing Multi-Network Hamachi account. Was sent an eQuote, paid, and was told limit would now increase from 256 to 512. Now getting notice that I have reached my limit of 256. Have called in multiple times and keep getting transferred around with no resolution. Anyone able to help?
Hi @walkyler,
It takes up to 24 hours for new licenses to become available, how long ago did you upgrade?
@GlennD This was on February 21, 2024
Thank you. I read your first post again and there may been a misunderstanding. Hamachi networks are capped at 256 clients per network, it is not possible to have 512 clients on the same network, even with two subscriptions. It looks like a representative that you have communicated with has picked up on this and they have created a ticket for our billing team to issue a refund.
I am not wanting more than 256 clients on a single network, I am wanting more than 256 clients allowed on my account.
@GlennD Someone was finally able to help and changed a single setting somewhere that increases the Clients allowed across an entire Account. Seems like the entire Hamachi team can't follow the convoluted, arbitrary restrictions that have been set. Not understanding the difference between an Account, Networks, Clients and Members.
I appreciate your prompt response and trying to help. Best of luck!
Okay, sorry or the misunderstanding.
