Virtual Fax Improvements
In response to customer feedback, we’ve release of a number of improvements made to the Virtual Fax experience for GoTo app Web & Desktop users, including:
Enhanced Fax history filters
For organizations with multiple fax numbers, we have improved filters, you can now combine filters by fax number and status to easily find the item your looking for!
Easily send a fax to multiple users
We've updated the To field in the Send new fax field with two significant improvements: a country code selector, alongside the Fax number, and the option to include multiple recipients in the To field.
Customize the From field added to a fax cover page
When sending a new fax, you can now customize the From field printed on the cover page. By default the field is pre-filled with the name of the user sending the fax, but that field is now editable. Any changes are immediately reflected on the cover page preview on the right-hand side of the page.
Additional details added to Sent fax history
When navigating fax history, you can now see who Sent any given fax. This feature is especially useful for those who share a fax line with co-workers and need to know who was the last one to contact the client.
Updated Presence Selector
We're excited to announce the release of the redesigned presence selector in the GoTo Web & Desktop experience. These improvements include an updated layout and several additional visual queues that ensure everyone knows their current presence status, including:
New layout!
The presence selector is now a sub-menu within the avatar menu, previously, it was a selector component.
Easily clear your presence status: with the updated layout, you will see a Clear Status button when you are in a declared state (like Away, DND, or Offline). Clicking the Clear Status button will automatically return you to the default Auto-update status.
Schedule based DND Indicator: based on your personal work schedule, you will see a View Schedule button. This button not only serves as a shortcut to the Schedule settings page, but also acts as a visual indicator to distinguish a manually set DND state vs the automatically Schedule DND state. When you manually set the DND you will see the Clear Status button.
The new menu, also includes options to Update a status message and quickly access your Work Schedule.
These updates will be rolled out over the next few weeks, If you don't see it yet, it's coming.
Contact Center update: Improved AI Summaries for short calls
We're updating the way AI summaries are generated to produce concise output for short calls/transcripts. Previously, summaries for brief calls were often verbose, containing irrelevant information. With improved instructions to AI, summaries for short transcripts are now more focused and relevant.
Analytics Messaging Dashboard
We added a Messaging dashboard to Analytics. This will allow you to easily filter through all SMS/MMS on your account to better understand the usage and deep dive into SMS/MMS conversations in your organization. You can now view and export total volume, and drill down into messages sent and delivered.

GoTo Mobile app: Outbound Fax
GoTo Mobile app now supports outbound faxing! You can now send faxes directly from GoTo Mobile and access a comprehensive history of all sent faxes. This feature brings the convenience of faxing to your fingertips, wherever you are, making business communications even more flexible and efficient!
